Strategy Design

At the heart of our Strategy Design for Organisations is a philosophy rooted in complexity and Indigenous Knowledge (IK) systems. This offering isn’t just a one-off service—it’s an invitation for organisations to engage in a deep and transformative process. By weaving the intricate threads of Indigenous systems thinking, art-inspired frameworks, and relational ecosystem health, we co-create pathways that align with organisational goals while contributing to broader systems change.

Our Approach

Our approach centers on Knowledge Learning Landscapes, an imaginative curriculum that enables organisations to navigate complexity with intention and creativity. These landscapes serve as scaffolds for deep learning, allowing organisations to move beyond surface-level solutions and engage with the foundational layers of knowledge systems.

Through this process, we design tailored frameworks and processes that prioritize relational health, centering ecosystems and the communities they support. This is not a static exercise—it’s a dynamic, ongoing engagement. Through facilitation and co-creation, we help organisations fractalize elements of Indigenous Knowledge into their systems, enabling them to adapt and thrive in the face of complexity. Our engagements are designed to build portfolios that capture the journey, documenting the knowledge, processes, and outcomes for future application and reflection.

Our Offering

As part of this offering, we integrate our unique Imagination Curriculum, which fosters creativity, systems thinking, and relational intelligence. These curricula are informed by IKSL collective research and are aimed at supporting organisations in their role as custodians of ecosystem health. Through longer-term collaborations, we cultivate space for deep understanding, enabling organisations to unlock new layers of insight and action.

This service is ideal for organisations committed to systems change, those ready to embed relational thinking into their strategy, and those looking to build resilient, regenerative frameworks for the future.
